Our knowledge of specialty applications provides our customers with a reliable source for the hard to locate product or service. Our capabilities include Laminating - thermal, cold, and pressure sensitive laminates applied to scores of different substrates (Chicago Laminating is not limited in substrate caliper as we can process material from 60# litho to 1/2"" thick acrylic sheets). We run Polyester, Polypropylene and Nylon (lay-flat) films in different finishes as well as pressure sensitive, floor graphic and barrier films on one side or two. We can do sealed edge pieces in film thicknesses from 1.7 to 10 mil. UV Coating - options include Gloss, Matte, Glitter, Grit, Writeable, Glueable/Stampable, High Slip and a special 2 sided material. We can do overall as well as knock-out spot to miss glue areas etc. and tight register spot to make your image POP.
We also do straight cutting, drilling, round cornering, eyelets, grommets, handwork & shrink wrapping.
